Asian Institute of Medical Sciences organizes Drawing Competition every year Participants are divided in 3 Age Categories and with different themes. Winners will be awarded with the Cash Prizes.

The contest is open for 3 age categories:

  • Age group 6-8 years - Nature Wonders
  • Age group 9-12 years - Fantacy Imaginations
  • Age group 13-16 years - Comic Cover Posters

Registration Start Date: Monday 27th, October 2025

Registration End Date: Friday 14th, November 2025 till 1:00 pm

Age Categories: 6-8 years, 9-12 years and 13-16 years.

Date of Competition: Sun 16th, November 2025

The Drawing Competition Timings: 10 AM to 12 PM

Reporting Time: 8:30 am

Entry gates will be closed by 9:30 am

Prize distribution will be at 1:30 pm

Terms & Conditions

  • Registration fee will not be refunded in any case.
  • Prior Registration is must.
  • Registration Fee: Rs 500/- is applicable per participant.
  • There is limited registration available on First Come First Serve basis. The contest is open for 3 age categories: 6-8 years, 9-12 years and 13-16 years.
  • Participant will be provided with drawing sheets (Size A3) at the venue. Participant should bring the following material :-
    • Usage of any color is allowed.
    • Pencil, eraser, drawing board, ruler etc. as per the requirement.
    • Refreshments, Bags & certificates will be given to each of the participants.
  • Any participant found using material other than the required will be disqualified. Entry will be given to the pre-registered participants carrying a valid admit card.
  • The hospital reserves the right to amend or modify these terms & conditions at its sole discretion with or without the prior notice.
